Mike Spears

Mike Spears is an experienced pitching coach and former professional pitcher with a strong background in player development. He is the Pitching Coach at Chattanooga State CC. He has coached at all levels, working with athletes from youth to professional baseball. Spears specializes in pitch design, biomechanics, and data-driven development. He has trained and mentored pitchers who advanced within the college and professional ranks, with a coaching philosophy centered on movements, recovery, and long-term growth.  Spears brings a blend of on-field experience, advanced technology, and leadership to help pitchers reach their full potential.
